Privacy policy

How your information
is handled.

Last updated June 2026. Plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and how it's protected.

The short version

When you book a free audit, your contact and business details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only Paul Lopez can access, used solely to prepare for and follow up on your audit call, and never sold or shared with third parties. The site also runs the Meta Pixel for ad performance tracking. That's the whole policy — the rest of this page covers it in more detail.

What we collect

Information you provide directly, when you submit the audit booking form:

  • ✓First and last name
  • ✓Email address
  • ✓Business name and type
  • ✓Approximate current Meta Ads spend
  • ✓Your stated marketing frustration and any additional notes you choose to add

Information collected automatically, via the Meta Pixel embedded on this site:

  • ✓Pages you visit and general browsing behaviour on this site
  • ✓Device and browser information, used by Meta for ad delivery and performance measurement

We do not control how Meta processes this data beyond what’s described in Meta's own Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking through your Meta Ad Preferences.

How your information is stored

Booking form submissions are sent directly to a private Google Sheet (our internal leads system) via a Google Apps Script web app. This Sheet is only accessible to Paul Lopez's Google account — it is not public, not indexed, and not shared with any third party or advertising network. An automatic email notification is sent to Paul when a new booking comes in, for follow-up purposes only.

Why we collect it

  • ✓To prepare for and confirm your free audit call
  • ✓To understand your business context ahead of the audit, so the call is useful rather than generic
  • ✓To follow up after your audit if you're interested in working together
  • ✓To measure ad performance on Meta (via Pixel), so ad spend is directed efficiently

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing lists, data brokers, or any third party outside of the tools listed on this page (Google Sheets/Apps Script for storage, Meta Pixel for ad measurement).

How long we keep it

Lead information is retained in the Leads Sheet indefinitely for record-keeping, unless you request deletion (see below). You can request your data be removed at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond and action the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies in your browser to track ad performance and retarget visitors who don't book an audit on their first visit. No other tracking cookies are used beyond what your browser or WordPress hosting sets by default.

Changes to this policy

If how we collect or use your information changes — for example, if we add a new tool or analytics platform — this page will be updated and the “last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
